Heidi Vizcardo is a full-time undergraduate anthropology student at the University of Connecticut. They are passionate about socio-political engagement and collaboration with neglected communities. As a 2^nd generation immigrant and reconnecting Native, Heidi is specifically interested in both Latinx and Indigenous community struggles and resistance within post-colonial structures. Through decolonial efforts and education, Heidi is pursuing more experience and to develop their skills in collaborative research to bring social, legal, and political change.
